Kosmar - Cheap Holidays to Greece and Turkey

Charming Aghios Nikolaos (Saint Nicholas - or "Ag Nik" as it's known to its friends) stands in Crete's north eastern corner on the lovely sheltered Gulf of Mirabello. It's the island's longest established resort, and easily its prettiest and most cosmopolitan town. 

Regular excursions run to all the sights and sites of Crete - Knossos, Lassithi Plain, Spinalonga, Vai Palm Beach and more - and if you hire a car, you can explore at your leisure. Beaches in Ag Nik itself are fairly small and shingly, but the local bus runs regularly to fine sandy beaches nearby at Almiros, Ammoudara and Kalo Horio. 

With a wealth of restaurants, jewellery and leather shops, bars and discos, life in Ag Nik can be as lively as you want. It's a true all-rounder of a resort, offering a great holiday for all ages and tastes - no wonder it's such a firm favourite!
