Kosmar - Cheap Holidays to Greece and Turkey

The lovely village of Elounda, with its pretty harbour full of colourful fishing boats, and large man-made sandy beach, is a few kilometres north of Aghios Nikolaos, across a high headland. The harbour square, in front of Elounda's attractive church is surrounded by bars and tavernas, where you can sit and enjoy a drink and watch the comings and goings of locals and visitors afloat and ashore. 

There's much more of a village feel here than in Ag Nik, but you're only a short bus or taxi ride away from the 'big city'! Just along the coast in the other direction is Plaka, where you'll find some wonderful fresh fish tavernas. 

Nightlife is fairly low key unless you head for Ag Nik, but there are several friendly bars, plenty of tavernas and even a couple of small discos. Elounda has all you need for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings!
