Villa Morenita is located on the outskirts of Ca’n Picafort. This once small fishing town has grown with tourism and the bustling beachfront is now lined with cocktail bars and restaurants. Ideal for sun lovers, this property is only a 10-minute walk to the heart of the activity and all the amenities. This spacious villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. As you enter the property you step into the living/dining area. This large room is bright and filled with natural light. There’s a dining table, a sofa and patio doors leading to the terrace. Just off the living room, you’ll find the kitchen, equipped with all your cooking essentials and another dining table. Ideal for a light breakfast in the morning! The master bedroom also resides on this floor. This double room features a shower ensuite for that extra bit of privacy and patio doors leading to the terrace and alfresco dining area. Upstairs you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms, one twin and two doubles, all fitted with air conditioning. One double also features a private ensuite with a bathtub/shower and double basins. The remaining bedrooms share a separate bathroom. Outside the terrace has lots to offer. The swimming pool definitely holds the limelight, with its beautiful blue mosaics and whirlpool jets. Imagine sitting in the cool water, a glass of vino in hand and the sun is shining. Perfect!
